Recorded/Insurance extra if not already included, Any free postage is only applicable to the UK. EU and Rest of World postage costs (or maybe other carrier, UPS, DHL etc) to be advised after packing and checking at the post office/courier, arranged to be included in payment invoice, it will be at least "International Signed For", Insurance extra if not already included.
