This filigree ring is a stunner. T are 3 center NATURAL old European cut diamonds totaling approx. 1.24 cts., VS-1 clarity, H-I color!! T are two side baguette cut blue sapphires which appear to be synthetic. Synthetic gems have the same atomic and chemical structure as natural gems but are grown in a laboratory. It is VERY common for jewelry from this period to have synthetic sapphires, and these gems appear to be original to ring. This ring is hand constructed, 18K white gold and is in very good condition. T is one small area w some gold was probably added to the ring for repair, but it is not noticeable except under very close inspection. The back of the shank is slightly thinning. The ring measures approx. 1" from top to bottom at the front. The jeweler was retailing this for $5,500.00! Don't get sniped on this one! 4.1 grams. Ring size 7-1/2.
