$10 1928-C Federal Reserve Note Chicago Light Green Seal PMG Choice Uncirculated 63 EPQ These 1928-C LGS notes don't come around very often in high grade, especially on Ebay. This note is a brother to the one I sold last week - - from the same sheet to be exact! 1928-C is a notoriously tough series, but when you are able to locate a true Choice/GEM example, they are typically on the top end of the eye-appeal charts, as is this one, with snow-white paper, bold color contrasts, strong punch-through embossing, gentle fresh new-pack paper wave, razor-sharp corners and pleasant centering. Truly a screamer. Hands down, these '28-C notes are among the prettiest of all the FRN series.
