Here we have a brand new un opened Dapol kit of Evening Star alng with a Hornby chassis and wheels un powered as this was a tender drive model the chassis is complete with the motion components in a separate bag. I had plans to use this lot as the basis for a WD10 austerity but finally got my hands on a DJH kit so this is surplus to requirement. I dont have the Hornby tender drive but will include a 4 wheel bogie tender drive unit of unknown origin but definately continental, I have spun it up on my rolling road and it works very well in both directions. The drive unit was found after the photo was taken so it is not shown. An ideal project for somone that wants a cheap 9F that they can customise to suit a particular period or layout. There is no reserve or buy it now price it will run the full auction and go at what the market decree's.
