An offer like this only comes around once out of every million listings. Up for auction are 10 RARE 1896-O Morgan Dollars. This is one of the rarest of the New Orleans mint Morgans. In my honest opinion I think that the average grade on a 1-70 scale is a 50. These coins are all almost uncirculated. There are a couple of 45 grades in the mix, but some others are around a 53 to balance it out. Look at any price guide and you will find that this is a one time opportunity. But it is not my decision to grade the coins. It falls on you, the buyer, to grade the coins. I have been in the shoes of the buyer many times in a similar situation. This is a lot of money, and a decision like this shouldn't be made too quickly. There is a lot of money involved in these coins so it is not to be taken lightly.
