Albright Pottery presentation vase for the 22 annual Seagrove Pottery Festival . Measures 10" inches tall and is signed on the bottom "Albright Pottery Seagrove NC". Signed in green "Arlie Albright, 22nd Annual Seagrove Pottery Festival, Nov 22 & 23 2003". I bought this from Arlie in 2004. As you can see from the pictures it stuck in the kiln and chipped off some on the bottom. Good condition otherwise with no cracks or hairlines. Does have the usual firing characteristics of hand thrown pottery. Classic North Carolina shape. This color is called either Chinese, Chrome, or Ox Blood Red glaze made from classic North Carolina red clay. R. E. Emmit and Arlie Albright pottery is very collectable and highly sought after hand made collectible so don't let this one get away from you. Guaranteed original. on this lot.
