Set of Three $10 National Bank Notes Series of 1929 Notes are marked as follows: THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF NEW YORK, NEW YORK, Serial # B02629755A THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF RICHMOND, VIRGINIA, Serial # E00957946A THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF NEW YORK, NEW YORK, Serial # B02459260A This auction is for the three $10 notes outlined in red. (The other bills will be sold separately in successive eBay auctions to come.) My elderly father (who is computer phobic) has asked me to list his collection of old US currency on eBay. My family has been involved in various businesses for several generations, and any time they received an unusual bill, they would set it aside. The bill being sold here is one of many that was put in a safe deposit box decades ago by my deceased grandmother. I will be listing many more bills on Bay auctions to follow. Please note, that I am not a currency collector and my father's eyesight prevents him from providing me with much assistance. While, with the aid of of a guide book, I can identify a particular bill, I do not feel qualified to accurately grade the condition of that bill. I am going to take multiple photos of each bill we sell so hopefully a potential bidder can gauge for himself the bill up for sale. Please see the photos.
