NEW10 pc Lenox China RHODORA Rose 2 Dinner Place Settings For sale is a new, never used,ten piece set from Lenox China in the elegant RHODORA Rose pattern – two 5-place settings. One place setting (five pieces) are still in their original cellophane wrappers. These place settings have the gold backstamp. Included are TWO of each of the following: 10 5/8 inch dinner plates 8 1/4 inch salad plates 6 1/4 inch bread plates cups saucers All are backstamped “Rhodora / By Lenox / P-471 / Made in the U.S.A.” with the Lenox symbol. The color is ivory with gold trim, a pink rose center surrounded by gold leaves as shown in the close up photos. All pieces are in EXCELLENT NEW condition without chips or cracks. My mother received them as wedding gifts in 1950 but never used them. She opened the first place setting when she received it but never used it. The second place setting is still in its original cellophane although the cellophane is now fragile and torn in several places as shown in the photo. Later in their marriage she purchased a less expensive set of china. She stored these in a closed cabinet for these 60+ years. A major replacement china website lists one place setting for $99.95 so this is a great way to add to your collection for 50% less. Insurance is included in the shipping cost.
