LARGE COLLECTION OF AYNSLEY "ORCHARD FRUIT" SIGNED ENGLISH FINE CHINA This is a fabulous collection of Aynsley Fine English Bone China in the beloved "Orchard Fruit" pattern, and each piece is signed D. Jones. Included are the following pieces: Large footed bowl - measures 10.25" across and stands 3.25" high Lidded urn with double handles - measures 6.5" high Large tray - measures 12" x 6.25" Long, mint tray - measures 8 3/8" x 2.25" 2 Coasters - measures 4.25" Temple Jar - measures 3.25" Bud Vase - measures 6.25" 2 Heart dishes - measures 4.5" Aynsley has always been known for the quality of their porcelain and the elegance of their designs. The fruit series is from the 1930's and the original designer was Doris Jones, who worked for Aynsley from the 1930's to around 1970. Every piece is signed. Condition of this entire collection is EXCELLENT with no chips or cracks. I see no wear to the paint and it's very clean and bright. All pieces are clearly marked with the Aynsley backstamp. This was an estate sale find, and the previous owners obviously took excellent care of this set. Please email me if you have any questions.
