10 VINTAGE ANTIQUE OLD ANIMAL STATUE FIGURINES BANK 's some really old metal animals from my collection. I am clearing out stuff that I have hoarded for years. These animals and NOT REPRODUCTIONS. These are originals with original paint or aged patina. I'm not real good with metals so I hope you can discern from the photos just what the different metals are and please write me with questions. First shown is a cow or steer. He has some holes in his sides like he once pulled a cart or something. Really nice heavy item. T is an old toothpick picker upper. I'm not real sure how these worked but t's slit in its beak and when you press his head forward a toothpick slips between its beak. Cute. Also, in the first photo you'll see a large elephant bank and the tails still works to raise the trunk for depositing the change into it. The only problem is that the tip of the trunk has broken off, so t's no way for it to hold the coin. Still, an old and adorable character for collecting. T's a cat curled up and looking underneath you can see that it is hollow. Not sure the age on this one and I've only had it about 10 years. Adorable. T's a sweet Scottie dog with great detail.
