Welcome to CTOldandNew! This listing's presentation is.... E343 A nice collection of 6 mini plaid padded books of some of the works by Sir Walter Scott. There are no dates, but our best guess is published between 1900-1910. They are in excellent condition. Gold tipped page edges. Only minimal signs of any deterioration to the cloth. Each volume contains several full page black and white plates. One has signature dated July 15, 1911. Each book measures 3 1/2x 2 3/8 x 5/8 inches. Condition Guide: Near Fine : May be aged but item shows little if any visible wear. Very Good : May show light shelf wear but appears overall little read or used. Owner's name or inscription but no other markings. Good : Overall shows moderate use. May have small tears and creases, or spots and stains. May have owner's name or inscription. Fair : Shows heavy use, large stains, heavy soiling, tears, and a page may be loose or missing.
