It is on heavy glossy high quality paper, and is blank on the reverse side. It is in Very Good condition, and is without tears, stains, markings, repairs, etc. It has Good blank outer margins on all four sides. The map was published by the U.S. Geological Survey in 1908. THIS MAP IS THE ORIGINAL PUBLISHED IN 1908. I WILL SEND WITH THE MAP, A COPY OF THE DATED TITLE PAGE OF THE ATLAS FROM WHICH THE MAP WAS TAKEN. IT IS 98 years OLD. IT IS NOT A REPRODUCTION. This map is very framable. It is a good size, and would look lovely matted and framed. It would make a unique and interesting gift to anyone from this areaESPECIALLY YOUR LOCAL HISTORICAL SOCIETY. The U.S. Geological Survey did a series of high quality, very accurate Topographic and Geological maps of small areas. These maps now have a good bit of historical interest as they show a particular area in much detail as it was over 100 years ago.
