Other companies made American Freedom Train sets, but ONLY K-Line went to the trouble to get the finer details right -- working with members of the prototype American Freedom Train Committee, and even developing special dies to offset the display car-end doors like the prototype, so the conveyers could run through from car to car.This set comes in its original factory shipping carton, with the special instructions for this set. It appears to have never been on the track, so the C-9 rating is conservative.
