We are not professional graders and have reserved our description to be that of a higher resolution scan for your review. We do not want to disappoint our buyers so we request that you review the scan and if still in doubt - ask for a higher res scan. All Sales Final! Terms for buying from us on eBay: All sales are final. 1. Please don't bid if you have any questions that need to be answered first! 2. All payments must be made within 3 days of the auction ending. 3. This is not a lay-away program - if you don't have the funds, you should not bid. If you need extra time to pay, we will work with you but you need to communicate your request to us for approval prior to bidding. If we don't hear from you within the 3 days, we will contact you with a reminder daily until the 7th day. At that time, the item will be relisted and a Non-Paying bidder notice will be filed with eBay. 4. We will work with you - but you must communicate with us, so we can mutually agree on terms. 5. We are not professional comic book graders. Due to the varying ways people grade - even with guides - we will no longer be offering descriptors with our auctions, only high res scans, which are available upon request beyond this listing. It is up to you to request them prior to bidding. 6. Do not leave us negative feedback if you have an issue with your auction before (1) contacting us, (2) working with us and don't leave negative feedback if we can't work things out but give you the option of getting a full refund. We go above and beyond to reasonably work out issues, if you resort to negative correspondence, we will not continue to do business with you. 7. We ship via Priority Mail with tracking for all items unless otherwise requested. 8. If you are an international buyer, we charge a handling fee and only ship priority mail for tracking purposes. 9. We strive to ship your item within 1 business day of receiving your cleared payment and will continue to work towards this goal.If you are a collector and are concerned about your purchase - we recommend that you purchase insurance, as we are not responsible for damage in transit. 10. We are not responsible for the time it takes the USPS, UPS or FEDEX to deliver your item. If you look at the date the item was processed for shipping, it was sent on that date. We do not hold items in our warehouse after the label is processed. Please do not give us bad marks for the carrier not delivering quickly. 11. We guarantee 100% authenticity on all of our items. Exceptions will be made if t is an error on our part. However, you need to contact us within 3 days of item arriving, send us a photo of what the problem is and wait for us to review and get back to you. We will respond within 24 hours and work with you until resolved. 12. We carry vintage items with the actual condition of the item visually documented in the scans/photographs within the listings. If you have any question about the quality of the item you are going to bid on, you can request a high-res scan or ask questions by sending us your email address for the scan to be sent to, we will respond with the required information. 13. We reserve the right to end auctions early for any reason. We do not sell items to other bidders after the auction ends for more money - so, if you want to offer more to end it early, we reserve the right to do so. 14.
