Hard to find pieces in the much lovedSaga pattern, designed by Turi Gramstad Oliver for Figgjo Flint in Norway. Dating to the groovy 60's or 70's these pieces are in fabulous minty condition, the colors bright and fresh. This auction is for 1 wall hanger/trivet, 6 smaller plates (bread/butter or desert ?) and 5 larger plates with squared off corners (luncheon plates ?). The plates appear never to have been used. The smaller plates (6.75” / 17 cm diameter) are decorated with a couple in traditional Norwegian dress with chickens. The larger plates with the squared off corners (7.25” / 18cm diameter) are decorated with a lovely scene of a couple astride a horse.
