A 1/1200 scale resin model from a Len Jordan casting of the Cunard cargo liner 'Parthia' built Belfast in 1947. With her sister 'Media' she was built for the Cunard passenger/cargo service from Liverpool to New York. They had both become uneconomic to run by the early 1960s and the 'Parthia was sold to New Zealand Shipping in 1961, rebuilt and renamed 'Remuera'. Later renamed 'Aramac' she was scrapped in Japan in 1969. This lovely hand painted and nicely rigged model from my collection is, at approx 5.5 inches long, is to the same scale as the Triang Minic range but is much more detailed and will make an excellent addition to your collection. This is one of a number of these beautiful models that I will be putting on for auction over the coming weeks.
