This is a gorgeous dolls house in 1/12th scale. In need of some TLC as my daughter badly named each room when she was three with a felt tip (as seen in interior photo)!!However this is still a lovely (and extremely expensive) thing and comes with a few bits of furniture (pictured) most of which is mahogany.Length = 109 cmHeight = 87 cmDepth = 54cmEasy to restore with some wallpaper and TLC. Much loved and played with until outgrown, so now it sits in the garage and I don't want it to deteriorate any more. It really needs to be in a girls bedroom and adored as it once was.!Thank-you
