A large conservatory / greenhouse in 12th scale for the dolls house Measures: 10" wide x 12" long x 11" high to apex (25.5 x 30 x 28cm) approx Made of wood with plastic glazing One side is solid One half of the hinged roof can be lifted for access Needs some attention, 2 finials have come off, one is inside but one is missing. Slight rust showing on hinges, so could benefit for a coat of paint Some of the glazing has become hazy However is still basically solid Correction: The complete roof lifts off
