We are offering for your consideration this wonderful 13" Patsy Doll. Manufacturer-Marked on her back Effanbee Patsy doll. Adorable original cotton floral dress and bloomers. Circa-1928-30. Condition- Excellent for age, original pink cheeks/elbows/knees, perfect facial coloring. No repairs or repaints. Her body has a little discoloration on torso and under arm, looks like she needs to be cleaned, minimal crazing on top of head.
