For this auction, we're offering an ORIGINAL pressbook from the 1960 theatrical release of "13 GHOSTS," the classic horror chiller produced by Hollywood's reigning 'King of the Gimmicks' -- WILLIAM CASTLE. The film starred Charles Herbert, Jo Morrow, Martin Miller, Rosemary DeCamp and Donald Wood and touted one of Castle's most enterprising gimmicks in the form of "ILLUSION-O which allowed the audience to see the murderous ghosts on screen with a pair of red and blue cardboard glasses.This ultra-rare 12-page foldout opens up to reveal a massive cache of background info on the film, biographies, posters, ad slicks, teasers, promotional suggestions, detailed info on the legendary "Ghost Viewer" and much more. This pressbook measures 25x25" when fully unfolded and comes in good condition with moderate overall wear. SPECIAL NOTE: This is a NO RESERVE auction with a low opening bid of $4.99!
