This is a very rare item to find. It is a 14K GOLD CIGARETTE CUTTER dated Dec.9,02. It is in excellent condition as you can see in my photos. It weighs in at 6.2 PWT.At $17 a PWT that makes it worth at least $105. just for scrap. It is marked "U.S. patent Dec. 9-02 14K" It was weighed at SILVERTOWNE in Winchester, Indiana.
