Please read my item description carefully: This item up for bid is a group of 14 vintage metal buttons with loop shanks, they appear upon inspection to be two or three pieces, the bird part appears to be separate to the rest of the button. Each features a bird on a branch with little metal accents. Each measures approximately 1/2" each. In nice vintage condition, no apparent problems. All the buttons I am selling this week could probably use a bath, they are pretty dirty from storage. Sold "as is." Please feel free to take a look at my other button auctions this week, I'll be glad to do my best to combine shipping. Terms, Conditions & Particulars Shipping and handling $3.25. The shipping and handling is FIRM, I will not haggle or negotiate a price- handling fees are minimal and cover packing supplies, gas and my time. I accept money order, personal check or Paypal. Payment must be received within 10 days or the item will be relisted. Personal checks will be held until cleared. I know that my "fine print" is lengthy- I hate that I have to go into these details because I much prefer happy, positive interaction, and it is only through unfortunate experience that I must ask you to be aware of the following information: Vintage items are referred to as such because they have had previous lives and are sometimes in excess of 50 years old. Tfore, please expect the items to have a certain degree of character, including a musty or mothball smell (specifically in the case of clothes or vintage fabric). Vintage clothes are used unless otherwise stated and may have slight stains, wear, holes or fraying- but I believe this to be part of what great vintage clothes really are and I will state when the condition issue is significant. I will not refund for an item's musty or mothball smell as this IS a curable ailment. INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: I NO LONGER SHIP BY SURFACE MAIL. I will not lie on customs forms, I appreciate your understanding in advance, if this is a problem, please do not bid. I also will not haggle or negotiate shipping and handling. I will not mark the item as a "gift" or lie about money amount as this is illegal. By bidding, you are recognizing that you have read and agree to these terms. I put a lot of care and thought into what I say in the auctions and only wish to be helpful and provide adequate information. I RECOMMEND, but do not require, delivery confirmation and insurance- I cannot control the postal system and once the item has left my hands I cannot be held responsible and will not refund for the item if lost. All Sales Are Final: I will allow returns only in the event that the item was grossly mis-described - I try to be thorough but occassionally item flaws or details get by me and I am willing to work with the buyer in this situation. I do not refund any other situations including but not limited to vintage clothing that is not the right size or vintage fabric that smells of moth balls. I also WILL NOT refund for items damaged by the buyer upon receipt of the item. I take great care in packaging each item as carefully as possible and necessary for its safe travel and trust that buyers will use common sense when removing their item from its packaging. For instance, if you cut into the padded mailer and YOU damage your item, I will not refund this.
