The coat is in good condition with nice lining and bright color . On the back of the coat in the middle there is some light browing. The collar on the coat is very nice with a pin hole thru the middle. The gold chains on the coat fron are very nice. The dress has nice bright color with the entire back seam open and some fraying on the open seam. The left arm hole has the seam open some with fraying. On the right side seam of the dress the seam is open about 1/3 of an inch just below the hip. Both of the hooks on the back of the dress are still attached.
