15 PAIR VINTAGE SALT&PEPPERS NORITAKE,NIPPON,JAPAN,MISC Up for auction is a collection of 14 pair of vintage salt & pepper shakers. The signed shakers are listed below:1st photo from left to right - "Noritake", "Royal Austria", "Japan"2nd photo - from left to right - The first pair is "708". This pair has some weight to them so perhaps these are pewter. Not being an expert in this field I can only guess that these shakers are pewter or silver. T is also a shield on the front of each shaker but no other marks.3rd photo - The pair farthest to the right with green and yellow floral painting - Marked "Hand Painted Nippon"5th photo - The wood salt & pepper shakers with a male/female face is marked "Japan".I have checked all the salt & pepper shakers and t are no cracks, no chips. T is minor paint loss on the shakers in Photo #3 but not to the "Nippon" shaker and no color loss to the Noritake or Austria shakers. Again, the color loss is minimal but I am pointing this out to be as honest as possible in my description.This is a final sale so please allow enough time to ask me any questions you may have.
