Nice 15 Qt Hammered Copper STOCK POT w/TinLining~France Description we have a wonderful large quality hammered solid copper STOCK POT with a LID and Tin Lining from France which measures approx. 9 1/2" in diameter (add 1 3/4" for each bronze side handle) x 11 5/8" side high (deep) x 13" in total height with the lid, holds up to 15 quarts (to the brim), and is in good to very good maintained (used) condition with no major dings or dents, and it has not been polished since acquired as the previous owner kept it in fine shape (a once over buff would bring out more copper luster.) The lid that came with this pot fits well and has an acorn finial knob, and t is no tin lining loss that I could detect...only tin darkening spots/blothces and t (actually pretty much all over) which really are not offensive and to be expected with age and use. (NOTE: this pot is a great candidate for re-tinning sometime in the future.) The quality cast bronze handles are triple steel riveted, strong and sturdy. Marked. "MADE IN FRANCE" by top edge of pot, slightly over-stamped. Came from a well cared for private collection of many years, however the exact age is unknown. This item weighs approx. 12 1/2 lbs., add 3 lbs. or so for the packing box and packing material, and I combine shipping for cheaper rates. I currently have other copper items on auction.
