Tuscany Books offers: A huge leaf of a liturgical book printed in 1504 with large letters, heightened in red and adorned with large initials printed in red from a fragment of the following work: Antiphonariium... Size of the leaf for sale: ca. 21" x 14.5" (540 mm x 370 mm) Condition: On fairly sturdy, hand-made paper in acceptable condition with obvious evidence of aging, primarily in the margins: soiling or spotting, original paper flaws, edge flaws, tears outside of the printed area, early edge repairs, etc. We will mention flaws that affect the printed area or cannot be seen on the photograph. Please note: We never restore or treat our prints with chemicals to enhance their appearance. Tfore, you can be confident that this leaf will not deteriorate beyond the normal aging process. .
