Occasionally I get the chance to offer to collectors some of the rarest recordings, this is a 16" transcription record, from '47 on one of the labels is : Played 9-27-48 in pen on other side is a paper sticker with WKCR 9/ 30/48. This rare transcription is a very early original on the TREASURY DEPARTMENT U.S. SAVINGS BOND DIVISION Label called: GUEST STAR, on the No.71 side is ABBOTT & COSTELLO, with WIN ELLIOT & HARRY SOSNIK with the savings bond Orch. Other side is No. 72, and features ART TATUM HOT PIANIST also with WIN ELLIOT & HARRY. with savings bond orch. Like the other transcriptions I am offering, this one is thick, flexible and in wonderful condition, could not have been played much at all. Labels are clean with NO spindle marks, Playing surfaces have a deep gloss shine with NO problems at all, I noticed only a few mild sleeve stains that will not affect play. A real one of a kind rarity especially in this CONDITION: NM - - - . Your satisfaction is guaranteed, . Buyer pays actual shipping cost.
