Contents: L’Amour Medecin (comedy-ballet), Le Misanthrope (comedy / scene in Paris), Le Médecin Malgré Lui (comedy), Mélicerte (pastorale heroique / scene in the Valley of Tempi-Thessaly, Greece), Fragment de Pastorale (pastorale comique / scene in the Valley of Tempi-Thessaly, Greece), Le Sicilien ou L’Amour Peintre (comedy-ballet / scene in Messine), Le Tartuffe ou L’Imposteur (comedy / scene in Paris). Leather binding. Gilt letters/embellishments on spine. Text in french. Good/very good condition (foxing, yellow/brown stains, water-stains too, tiny/small tears and creased edges/corners on few inner pages, small pieces of paper missing from 2-3 inner pages’ margin not affecting text, merely worn cover with scratches, stains, tiny pieces missing from its corners, small holes, cracks near spine & rubbed corners/edges, worn spine too where holes, pieces missing and tear/crease, some inner binding problems). 380 pages, 15 x 9.5 x 3 cm .
