1769 BALD EAGLE CREEKBERKS COUNTY, PENN.A nice piece in super condition from just about 7 years before the war with Britain.It's written that it's 2 miles south of Bald Eagle Creek in Berks County and was surveyed the 19th of September 1769 unto Susanna Austin from her application Number 3708.Great piece to frame. Great gift.This is one item that is part of my personal collection from the past 45 years as a registered land surveyor in eight states including the state of Pennsylvania.
