Het Boek Der Psalmen Nevens Christelyke Gezangen. Amsterdam: J. Brandt, P. Den Hengst, Wed F. G. onder de Linden, en de Wed. N. T. Gravius, c1778. Roughly dated c1778, date from Preface and Editor Verification. Rebound c1900 in pebbled leather with newer EPs, slightly rubbed, with stamped bands on the spine. Dual title pages, the first is embellished with a fine engraving. Text is clean, contains some musical notation as well as lyrics following the text of each psalm. Binding is sound and tight. 361pp followed by the "Kerk Boek" containing 92 additional plete. Signed on verso of title by the editor, C H Ebersbach, to ensure validity. EPs with bookplate and previous owner message and presentation. Measures 5.75" x 3.5".
