Very interesting account of the mutinies in the Continental Army in early 1781 among the Pennsylvania and New Jersey troops. 288 pages, with illustrations, Viking, 1943, Carl Van Doren. Hardcover with dustjacket in plastic slipcover, though dustjacket shows wear and torn missing lower right corner. Owner name on flyleaf and on face of dustjacket in the title (not readily visible, but there.)*****Please pardon my bookdescriptions. I am not a book dealer or collector so my terminology and condition descriptions may not be up to industry standards. If you are unsure of anything please ask and I will do my best to answer. Most of the books I am selling are from a military history library. Some are virtually new and unopened, others are very lightly used. To my eye most have been used but cared for. Anyway, I will try to note major defects like missing or torn pages and loose spines.I will combine shipping on purchases of books. If you buy several items, wait for my combined invoice. Most of the time it works out at one book at full price shipping and one dollar for each additional book. $3 media mail in the US includes insurance. NY addresses add sales tax. Thanks!
