County the year Ensuing--- Given under our hands dated New Fane March 26th:1782Ward Easer?Luke Moutton > SelectmenBenj Fuller > ConstableA great piece of early Vermont history. Newfane (one word today), Vermont is a VERY small town today. In 1791 the federal census listed the population at 660 people! Probably the only tavern for many miles! We have been selling Rare, O.P. and Used Books since 1995. Check our feedback and bid with confidence!
