1789 Hester Bateman London Sterling Silver Berry Spoon Description All spoons / forks came from the same estate and were identified by the prior owner. Lovely english (England) sterling silver berry serving spoon. Beautiful reposse rose and flowers. Hallmarked on back "HB (Hester Bateman), panther (London), lion passant , o (1789), Duty mark porfile". 9 1/8" long. I'm no expert - so please use your own judgement on the date.
