The 18 inch vinyl doll is being made by the Alexeander doll company now with some interesting changes. She has sleep eyes, that open and clothes. I feel that most dolls need that look. This doll has interesting brown, crimped hair that is impressive with her pretty blue bow. Her dark blue eyes mach the organdy dress she is wearing. The dress is homemade and has a matching hat that is pinned on her head with a hat pin. She wears white cotton panties and her white socks look like knee hi's just because they are too big. Her red shoes are new and a nice accent to her pretty outfit. This doll is slightly larger around than most 18 inch play dolls. Clothes can be purchased in the WalMart and other stores, but clothes with elastic will fit better. We like working on these dolls because they have so much potenial.Unlike her 18 inch play doll cousins, this is the only one with a vinyl shoulder plate, allowing easy posing and moving of the head. The arms and let are also jointed for posability.
