RARE ANTIQUE KAMMER & REINHARDT BISQUE HEAD CHILD DOLL This is a rare antique child doll made by Kammer & Reinhardt. Has makers marks impressed to the back of head. SIMON & HALBIG K.STAR.R. 46. Also marked to the top of forehead with a " W ". This doll measures 18 inches (46cm) in height and dates from c1910. The bisque head is in excellent condition and has been checked with a light and we guarantee there is no cracks or chips or hairlines but does have a very small firing fault to the bisque behind the left ear which is hardly noticable (see photo).The beautiful blue/grey glass sleep eyes are working perfectly with full lid wax.There are also finely painted lashes above and below eyes and finely painted eyebrows. She has pierced ears. The open mouth has four perfect upper teeth. The original black hair wig is in very good condition for age. The composition and wood ball-jointed body is in very good condition retaining its colour and gloss.The hands have some surface wear to the paint on both hands and is missing the small finger and thumb on right hand.The legs and feet are also in good condition with only minor wear. This doll has the hole and mesh in her back for the talking mechanism. Has one original pull string on her side which when you carefully pull this string she makes a noise. The original stringing is
