1800's Knights Templar Sword and sheath. Made by Pettibone Bros. mfg. Cinti., Ohio with a Germany stamp. Original condition no rust and hasn't been polished. Measures 38 inches with sheath and the blade is 30 inches. This sword is ornately engraved heavily on both sides of blade w/ Masonic emblems and includes name of orginal owner on blade (Alfred Hartman), T is slight goldwash left, includes fancy heavy scabbard. This is a potentially dangerous item, extreme care must be exercised when handling. Improper or careless use of this sword could result in personal injury or injury to others. Sold as an ornamental and collectible only, bidders must comply with all local and national laws and regulations pertaining to purchase and ownership of edged weapons.
