1804 C-6 R2 Spiked Chin. VF-20. Sharpness near EF40 but this piece was lightly whizzed and expertly retoned glossy chocolate brown. No marks, spots, or stains, and the eye appeal is excellent. Looks choice in all respects to the unaided eye, but a good glass reveals the subtle effects of the whizzing. E-MDS, Manley state 3.0, Braig state 2.2. The die crack at the right top of the M in AMERICA is strong but the cud has not formed. A rare die state.
