George III Sterling Silver Wine Label / Bottle Label Hallmark: London 1804 ( Scroll down for more close-up images) On offer with no reserve a 209 years-old sterling silver wine label made by the highly regarded Georgian silversmiths, Thomas Phipps & Edward Robinson. The London hallmark carries the King George III duty tax stamp which was used over a short period of time, this shape of tax stamp punch was used from 11th October 1804 - 28th May 1805. Condition: Excellent condition with original chain.
