An antique engraved print. Woodford near London. Dated 1807. This is guaranteed to be an original, antique, copper engraving over 200 years old. It is not a modern copy or reproduction. Overall size approx 20cm by 13cm. Very minor marks in the margin. Image very good The image was drawn by Ellis and was produced to be part of Dr Hughson's description of London. But this print was never bound into a book, as I have all the loose prints from this work, in their original state, as they were supplied to the binder. It is rare and not often seen for sale, and this example is probably particularly rare, in that it has never been bound as part of Hughson's publication. The item is not framed or mounted, so very light weight, which makes delivery inexpensive throughout the world. Eventually I intend to sell all the other prints from Hughson's work (there are very many). There are many rare scenes of London and surrounding districts. Check out my other items !
