The original painting is held in The Royal Academy of Arts in London. Antique Picture Boy With Rabbit . Original painting was painted in 1814 by Sir Henry Raeburn. This is the artists step grandson that was around 8 yrs old here, and he was deaf. This little boys name was also Henry and this was his pet rabbit. Sir Henry was a Scottish portrait painter and painted for King George the 4th in Scotland. He painted over 1000 portraits. This is an ornate gold plaster like frame and has some areas that need a little touch-up paint. The artist died in 1823. It is in excellent condition for it's age. Measurements are shown in photos.
