Title: 1815 Holy Bible Publisher : Printed and published by M. Carey, Philadelphia, 1815 Description : Title reads, "The Holy Bible: containing the Old and New Testaments, together with the Apocrypha: translated out of the original tongues, and with the former translations diligently compared and revised, by the special command of His Majesty King James I. of England. With marginal notes and references. To which are added an index; an alphabetical table of all the names in the Old and New Testaments, with their significations; tables of Scripture weights, measures, and coins. Embellished with ten maps and historical engravings." Condition : Spine and binding in good condition (pic), edges are worn. . Title page wrinkled, all writing is clearly readable; all pages having some discoloration, overall good. Some pages are torn on the outer margins. Pages 675-676 has a paper clip mark. T are a few hand written notes scattered through out. The Family Record pages (Marriages, Births, Deaths) are all filled in starting with the marriage of Peter Fronk and Mary Meyor (see pic). In addition t are some loose leaf notes relating to the Lakims.Text appears complete. Engravings have not been counted, but have been seen scattered throughout (see sample pics).
