1830 antique DEED~WM.PEIRSOL PIERSOL /ANON NORTH woodford ky handwritten This listing is for the old and fragile paper document shown, dated 1830, that has to do with a land transaction between William Pearsol (Peirsol), Iron Merchant and his wife Lydia, and Anon or Ann and Jane North. Both were from Philadelphia but seems to be regardling land in kentucky.This document has different entries all through the paper, as can be seen in the scans. paper has much water staining,There is another shorter piece of paper attached to one of the inside pages that has 2 pieces detached but included.Document is oversized and one page measures a[[rpx 18 1/4 x 11 1/4"The paper is fragile and has splits and should be handled with care.There is a handwritten piece on the bottom of the second page. that piece is incomplete.We combine shipping charges on multiple winning bids.
