Original ship's portrait by Honoré Pellegrin of the Mary Bernard at Marseille. (FRENCH, 1793-1869) - The brighter color photos were taken with daylight - the others were taken under electric lighting get rid of reflections. Pictures tell the story on this "as found" 1838 watercolor on paper. Painting measures 18 x 24 and the frame is 22 x 28. No tears or restorations but this has been lightly cleaned and stabilized for preservation. This will ship for $50.00 or less in USA. I accept all forms of payment. Local pick up always welcome.
