V intage facsimile of the 1st edition 1843 "A CHRISTMAS CAROL" by Charles Dickens. There is no indication in the book that it is a facsimile. The book replicates the 1843 cover designs, print fonts and John Leech illustrations. Measures 6-1/2" x 4-1/4". Embossed hard cover construction with gilt cover designs and gilt edged pages. Cover is in red faux leather. Unsure of the date of publication or publisher as the book states the printing history and year of the original.
