Antique Magazine Wow! This auction is for a very rare and EXTREMELY old antique magazine – kind of like an early pulp magazine. The publication is called Western Magazine and it was published by Rounseville & Company in Chicago, Illinois. This particular issue is from May of 1846 and the 8th issue ever printed! The magazine is filled with short stories, like murder mysteries and suspenseful thrillers. Just a great old piece and it has some neat advertising on the back. It is in remarkable condition for a 150+ year old newspaper print magazine, but it does have edge wear and tearing. It has a string binding that is pretty much completely gone. Measures about 6½" x 10". Bidder pays $4.00 for shipping and handling via USPS Mail within the United States.
