1847 Billhead with Illus of Hartford, CT Hardware Store Four page folded bill/letter combination, from Bragaw & Blake, importers of hardware and cutlery, 203 Main Street, Hartford. Dated May 6, 1847, it has a fine cut of their hardware store. The bill is for frame slates. Letter is about the transport and cost of same. Send as a folded, stampless letter, with Hartford cancel (shown). Condition: folds; light soiling; hole, at edge of back page, w seal was torn. Otherwise VG. 8 5/8" X 9 3/4".
