We are very pleased to offer this hard-to-find silverplated soup or punch ladle in the coveted Vintage pattern by 1847 Rogers Brothers. This grapevine pattern was introduced in 1904. This huge ladle is about 11 inches long and is marked "1847 Rogers Bros. XS Triple". Upon very close inspection, we note some sccratching in the bowl and a thin strip of scraped-off plating (about 1/2 inch long) on the underside of the bowl. The ladle is otherwise in good condition, with no other plate loss or damage and a lovely patina. Despite any imperfections, it remains a stunning piece!
