A Very interesting and original Abstract of Title Deeds of 1851. It says Copy but is signed and dated 1851 and relates to freehold Property in Whaplode and Holbeach belonging to a Mr John Bell and Mortgaged to William England M.D.. Three pages of script, names and places amongst others mentioned are...... Mr John Bell, William England Esq M.D., Holbeach Common, Whaplode Common, Samuel Dickinson, Robert Millington, Thomas Keeton, Elizabeth Wade, George Harvey, Thomas Scatley, John Thorpe, John Woulds, Thomas Molesworth, Jacob Sturton, John Johnson, Frederick Adolphus Harrison, Ann Thompson, Robert Clifton, Edward Key, Charles Metcalfe, Jarvis Palmer, Robert Cooke, John Mackinder, William Brocksopp, Benjamin Briggs, etc. Excellent piece of local history. Written in a good hand and easy to read. Condition is about mint. I would guess this has been stored in a vault. Low start, I only charge the actual postage plus a small charge for packing/envelopes etc. Postal discount for multiple purchases to the same address.
