1855 Victoria Queen of Great Britain prince of Wales model half sovereign very fine condition Date: 1855Diameter 20mmThese tokens were produced for gaming or advertising. The obverse features the bust of Young Queen Victoria facing left and the inscription 'VICTORIA QUEEN OF GREAT BRITAIN' with the date below. The reverse features three plumes, from the heraldic badge of the Prince of Wales. The inscription around the outside reads 'PRINCE OF WALES MODEL HALF SOVrn' (sovereign).
