Map of Central America Shows Mexico, Yucatan, Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama which was the Veragua Peninsula of Colombia back then. Hand colored in 1856 it clearly shows the Kingdom of the Mosquito Coast, expedition routes, ruins, mountain ranges, cities, elevation amd much much more detail. Printed 1856 by Gotha Justus Perthes and Hand Colored Shows routes of several famous expeditions and the Panama Canal. Printed in Germany for Peterman's Geography Very good condition, no rips, slight foxing of the paper. Measures 10.5" x 8.75". I have several other maps just like this that are framed in my office and they look fantastic in a library or den. I carefully pack items and ship the same day as the day payment is received.
